Viitorul social media

Vom fi tot mai conectaţi, graniţa între real şi digital e tot mai subţire.

Companiile îşi vor da seama că numărul de fani nu contează, ci calitatea acestora, cât de mult interacţionează ei online cu brandul. Ar fi şi timpul.

The physical and digital worlds will be more highly connected than ever before – already today we are able to run in the park and track our progress online while sharing it with our friends or track our weight loss, or even our ovulation (well, some of us, that is) with iPhone apps that connect to our Facebook and twitter profiles and enable us to keep track of our progress as well as share the data with our friends. Companies will understand better how to measure the ROI of social media and realize that social media is not about the number of people brands have in their communities but rather the amount of engagement that they see on their page and the overall online sentiment they faced this month as opposed to the last.   1. foarte interesant articolul… sunt de acord cu punctul 2) cu social dashboards, dar la fel e si cu wordpress de exemplu: platforma asta de blogging a atras dupa ea crearea a sute si mii de firme care dezvolta plugin-uri, teme, optimizeaza WP-ul, etc… practic retelele astea sociale, cms-urile astea gen WP si Joomla, toate astea au dat nastere unor noi afaceri de milioane de dolari… asta-nseamna sa faci ceva maret si ceva de impact 🙂
